In addition to key ingredients like Rice Water and Rice Bran Extract, Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract and Portulaca Oleracea Extract provide nourishing and soothing effects to tired rough skin. Niacinamide helps to brighten dull skin including by treating breakouts and reducing an appearance of post-acne scars.
