Shipping Locations & Fees

We provide Delivery across all Emirates in the UAE within city limits. It includes:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain.

Orders submitted before 3pm will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders submitted after 3pm will be delivered within 3 business days.

The Standard Shipping Fee is AED 15.

We provide Free Shipping on All Orders above AED 200.

Handling Policy

If you wish to specify any preferred Delivery Time Window that is convenient for you, you may place it in the "Order Notes" upon Check Out.

Our courier service will keep in touch with you upon Delivery Day for your convenience. Please inform the courier service if you wish to change the time of your delivery on later that day or next day.

If you wish for your parcel to be left on the door, please keep in mind it will be done under your responsibility. 117 Cosmetic Shop and courier service are not responsible for damaged or lost parcels caused by high temperatures, high traffic areas or lack of building security cameras.
